Where is the Stockfish from?

All our products are produced in Norway, and delivered with a certificate of origin.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! We provide you with the tracking code as soon as we ship the product. You can also log in to the website to find your tracking code in your orders history.

What if the shipment goes missing?

If the shipment does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible and we will contact the shipping agency to locate your products.

Do I pay VAT? What about import duties?

All orders from outside of Norway are sold without VAT paid to Norway. When you import fish into your country, you will only pay VAT and duties according to the laws in your country. Contact us if you have any questions regarding VAT and Duties.

In most cases you won't have to pay import duty, according to free trade agreements between Norway and your country. Look up the specific product with your local customs agency.
The 6-digit tariff code is "HS 030551 Fish; cod (gadus morhua, gadus ogac, gadus macrocephalus), dried (whether or not salted but not smoked)"

How is the fish delivered?

Depending on the volume, we ship the fish using land, air or sea-based transport. For normal, smaller sized shipments, we follow the Incoterms DAP - Delivered at Place. For larger shipments, such as 40ft containers, we send CFR or CFI on request.

Do you ship to all countries?

We are open to shipping to most countries. Country-specific regulations may affect the cost of shipping and importation, and increase the delivery time of the stockfish.

Can I order products and/or quantities not available in the shop?

Yes, write us a message using the contact form, and we will do our best to assist you with your request.
